Our plantation grows the highest grade Arabica coffee that are visited every night by very special guests. These are wild Civet cats that roam the plantation and feast on our plants.

It is their unmatched ability to pick only the very best cherries on the plants, and their ‘natural processing’ of them that helps create the perfect coffee bean.

Each day we collect the cat’s deposits from around the plantation, which we then process and roast on demand.

Since the cats are free to come and go as they please it is a unique and completely natural process. And of course, no cats are ever harmed on our plantation.

The result is luxuriously delicious coffee appreciated around the world.
